Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for choosing Shaistri - KTS Mobile App (“SKTS”) Service. Shaistri provides the Services to you subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”), in which may be updated by Shaistri from time to time without prior notice. You hereby accept and agree to be bound by the TOU for accessing and use.   

Amendments and Modifications

Shaistri shall be entitle to make changes to the terms and conditions of this TOU. Your continued use of the SKTS following changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of Shaistri's amended terms. If you are not agreeable to any term or amended terms you shall immediately stop using the SKTS.    

Shaistri reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the SKTS service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Shaistri shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the SKTS Services (or any part thereof).

The SKTS services may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Shaistri is not responsible for such external sites or resources.    

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property of the contents in the SKTS shall belong to Shaistri unless proven otherwise. You will not use Shaistri's copyrights or trademarks or any confusing similar marks, except as express permitted by Shaistri.    

Disputes and Liability

The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of this TOU or the use of this SKTS. If a claim is make against Shaistri related to your actions, content or information on SKTS, you will indemnify and hold Shaistri harmless from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.    

Shaistri shall not be liable for any indirect or consequent loss under this TOU or the use of the SKTS.
